**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and converting sales opportunities, managing and growing existing customer accounts, and delivering exceptional customer service.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve corporate revenue goals
- Identify, qualify, and convert sales opportunities within the engineering sector
- Manage and nurture existing customer accounts to ensure client satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve our sales process and deliver exceptional customer experiences
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management within the engineering industry
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong knowledge of automation, machinery, printing, and document solutions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
**Benefits:**
