Family Centered Clinician - Wraparound Therapist

Are you a dedicated clinician with a passion for family-centered therapy? We're seeking an experienced professional to join our team-based workplace that prioritizes people-first care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement service or treatment plans based on individual assessments and needs.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments in mental status, personality, behavioral response patterns, relationships, and family interactions.
  • Provide closure and aftercare plans for each family/individual, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Offer 24/7 on-call support to assigned individuals/families, providing timely assistance.
  • Design and implement activity and participation-based interventions, drawing from training materials, experience, and peer feedback.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with referring agencies, guiding families in interactions and providing referrals as needed.
  • Support peer development by addressing professional growth areas and team performance issues.
  • Participate in team meetings and collateral team meetings, fostering a collaborative environment.

Training and Development:

  • May provide training or field supervision to new or tenured peers, promoting professional growth.
  • Review and edit peer records, documentation, marketing materials, and training resources, ensuring quality and consistency.

Requirements:

  • Master of Science or Master of Arts Degree in Human Services, Social Work, or Psychology.
  • State licensure or eligibility with BBS, along with current license and specialized training as required.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in electronic health records and basic computer skills.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to multitask, with a reliable and responsible attitude.
  • Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance, along with successful clearance of local and/or state background checks.
