Key Responsibilities
  • Assists with the processing of payroll timely and accurately.
  • Maintains accuracy of database.
  • Processes changes in a timely manner.
  • Maintains digital HR files.
  • Answers employee inquiries via email or phone, when appropriate.
Requirements and Skills
  • Minimum 2 years recent experience with ADP Workforce Now required.
  • Regular office hours, not a remote position.
  • Offices out of Toyota of Cedar Park.
  • Certified Payroll Specialist a plus.
  • Relevant college degree preferred.
  • Emotionally intelligent with a genuine desire to serve our internal customers.
  • A positive attitude, willingness to learn and desire to work as part of a team are essential to this position.
  • Dealership experience preferred.
  • High School or General Education Degree (GED).
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Decision making & organizational skills.
  • Consistency and attention to detail, even when under pressure.
  • Flexible and adaptable.
  • Able to work with deadlines and time constraints.
  • Responsive and proactive.
  • Highly developed sense of responsibility and accountability.
  • Must have valid identification.
  • Must be willing to submit to a pre-hire background check and drug screening.
