Vitality Bowls Assistant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Vitality Bowls. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, inventory management, and cash handling.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest has a positive experience.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence.
  • Assist in recruiting, training, and developing team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Monitor and control labor costs, ensuring that we are operating within budget.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the food service industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members and customers.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, nights, and weekends.
  • Food safety certification and a valid driver's license.
