As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you'll play a pivotal role in driving sales success by proactively identifying, nurturing, and creating new opportunities.

The Role

Unlike traditional Sales Development organizations, we prioritize the quality of interactions over quantity. At Elastic, you'll collaborate with existing users to understand their use cases and guide them through their Elastic journey. We provide office space for in-person trainings, collaboration, and team-building activities, fostering stronger relationships and collaborative growth.

  • Develop new strategies to build the sales pipeline and grow business through collaboration with sales, marketing, and partner teams
  • Balance reactive work with proactive approaches to identify new opportunities
  • Utilize Salesforce, Marketo, LinkedIn, and other prospecting tools to research accounts, identify key contacts, and craft targeted messaging
  • Learn our technology and effectively communicate our value proposition to technical audiences
Your Qualifications

Compensation & Benefits

The typical starting Total Cash Compensation range for this role is between $65,900.00 - $90,600.00, consisting of a Base Salary or a Base Salary plus a Target Commission. This role also offers a holistic total rewards package, including health & wellbeing, retirement savings, and other benefits. Based on national averages and considering industry standards, we estimate an average salary of approximately $75,000 per year for this position.
