The Mental Health Division offers a comprehensive array of services tailored for adults with psychiatric disabilities, grounded in evidence-based practices that provide rehabilitation and hope.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver educational sessions and consultations tailored to individuals regarding their health, dietary choices, and activity levels.
  • Conduct personalized training sessions focused on specific nutritional needs.
  • Design and facilitate group workshops and training for clients and staff centered on health and wellness topics, including nutrition and physical activity.
  • Create and implement meal plans in collaboration with clients to promote nutritious eating habits.
  • Lead group discussions related to nutrition and exercise within community programs.
  • Develop individualized dietary plans aimed at helping clients meet their nutritional objectives and enhance their overall health.
  • Assist clients and staff in formulating realistic health, diet, and exercise plans that align with individual preferences and capabilities.
  • Craft nutrition strategies for clients with serious health conditions such as diabetes, obesity, and cardiovascular issues.
  • Support high-risk clients through direct engagement, guiding them in lifestyle modifications to achieve their health goals.
  • Work with clients experiencing eating disorders to ensure they access essential nutrients and cultivate a balanced lifestyle.

Work Schedule:
This position requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, with flexible scheduling available Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 4 PM.

Compensation:
The salary for this role is set at $57,680.00.
