We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse II to join our team at Dallas County. As a key member of our health services team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and supporting the overall well-being of our patients.
Job DescriptionThe Registered Nurse II will perform a variety of tasks including:
- Conducting health screenings and assessments
- Initiating treatments and immunizations as per approved protocols
- Providing education and counseling to patients and other professionals
- Obtaining medical histories and performing physical assessments and investigations
- Administering appropriate treatment and obtaining laboratory specimens
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- A valid Texas RN license
- One year of work-related experience as a Registered Nurse
- Skill in using standard software applications
- The ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- A valid Texas Driver's License with a good driving record
This position offers a competitive salary range of $64,500 - $94,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, you will have access to a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
Additional InformationThis is a full-time position that requires the ability to work overtime during regular schedule and weekends as needed. You will also be required to travel to various work site locations.
