About the Role

As a highly skilled Medical Support Specialist at Aspire Dermatology LLC, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and support to our team. This dynamic position combines clinical and administrative duties, ensuring seamless interactions with patients, providers, and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support for daily tasks such as verifying patient information, recording medical history, and data entry into EMR systems.
  • Assist with preparing patients for exams and procedures, maintaining inventory and supplies, and adhering to proper sterilization techniques.
  • Clean and sanitize rooms, equipment, and instruments as needed.
  • Manage phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintain accurate records.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.

Requirements
  • Graduate of a Medical Assisting Program or equivalent experience (1 year minimum).
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and CPT/ICD 10 coding.
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and EMR software.
  • Prior experience in a medical setting, preferably as a Medical Assistant, is advantageous.

The compensation package includes a competitive hourly wage, ranging from $20 to $23 per hour, depending on education, certifications, and experience.
