BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in West New York, New Jersey.
Job Summary:We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Physical Therapist to provide high-quality care to our clients in their homes. As a Physical Therapist with BAYADA, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from adults to geriatric patients, and make a meaningful difference in their lives.
Responsibilities:- Conduct home visits to assess and treat clients with physical therapy needs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to promote client independence and mobility
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Provide education and training to clients and their families on physical therapy techniques and exercises
- Document client progress and maintain accurate records
- Current NJ Physical Therapist license
- Minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist
- Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
