About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced project manager to lead our civil engineering projects, including multi-family and mixed-use developments, commercial, industrial, and distribution projects, as well as public land development projects like schools, jails, fire stations, and parks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and manage civil engineering projects from concept to completion
  • Lead a team of engineers and technicians to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Collaborate with clients, staff, and internal design teams to ensure project success
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Professional registration (P.E., L.S., etc.) in one or more states where Timmons Group operates
  • At least 6 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in land development projects
  • Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
