Job Overview

As a Guest Services Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless experience for our guests and property owners. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks aimed at maintaining high standards of service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage guest and owner reservations with precision, ensuring all information is accurately recorded in our systems.
  • Respond to inquiries through various communication channels, providing timely follow-ups.
  • Prepare arrival packets efficiently to enhance the guest experience.
  • Familiarize yourself with our properties to offer informed assistance to potential guests.
  • Participate in weekend rotations within the Reservation Department.
  • Handle payment collections for both short-term and long-term rentals.
  • Adhere to all relevant federal regulations, including those related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA).
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Required Skills & Competencies:

  • At least one year of experience in a customer service role.
  • Strong organizational abilities.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Desired Skills & Competencies:

  • Familiarity with TowneBank Richmond's services and offerings.

Physical Requirements:

In this role, you can expect to:

  • Communicate effectively through spoken and written means.
  • Occasionally exert up to 50 pounds of force and remain seated for extended periods.
