Demolition Lead Technician

About 24 Hour Flood Pros LLC
We are a nationwide water, fire, and mold damage restoration company seeking a skilled Demolition Lead Technician to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the demolition process after homes or businesses are impacted by water, fire, or mold damages.
- Work closely with Project Managers on multiple jobs/losses that include water, mold, sewage, and fire demolitions.
- Perform on-site production services, including water extraction, demolition, mold remediation, smoke and fire cleaning, and sewage removal and treatment.
- Remove affected building materials when deemed non-salvageable.
- Move equipment, haul trash, and deal with hazardous chemicals and sewage.
Requirements:
- Maintain a positive attitude.
- Lift a minimum of 50 pounds safely.
- Receive and execute directions in a timely manner.
- Perform overhead tasks and frequent bending and stooping.
- Have a clean driving record to operate company vehicles.
- Pass pre-employment and annual background check, physical test, and drug test.
Working Conditions:
The ideal candidate will be able to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong communication skills are essential for collaborating with other team members and understanding project requirements.
