About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at Raytheon. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in Engineering Review Board (ERB) and Configuration Control Board (CCB) meetings to ensure alignment with program requirements.
  • Collaborate with the program team to develop and implement production plans, including production increment planning and material management.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to the production team on manufacturing processes and procedures.
  • Identify and resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including bill of materials (BOM) and material master records.
  • Assist with the development of future contract proposals by providing technical input and support.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (science, technology, engineering, or mathematics) and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years of experience.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with manufacturing processes and procedures, including lean manufacturing principles.
  • Knowledge of SAP/PRISM and other manufacturing software systems.
  • Technical writing and documentation skills.
  • Experience with project execution and management.
