About the Role

At Amplitude, we empower teams with data to make informed, strategic decisions. Our Business Transformation team drives the evolution of our enterprise data infrastructure, to support key business functions.

As an Enterprise Data and Analytics Product Owner on the Business Transformation Team, you will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and the Data Engineering team to build and optimize data models that enable teams across Sales, Customer Success, Product, Finance, and HR to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the roadmap for the enterprise data warehouse, ensuring alignment with key business objectives and partner needs.
  • Conduct regular reviews with stakeholders to ensure priorities are aligned and evolving needs are addressed.
  • Work with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and G&A teams to gather, document, and validate business requirements.
  • Lead the creation and optimization of data models that serve critical business processes across GTM, Product, and G&A teams.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project plans, including schedules, timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
  • Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring that test cases are aligned with business requirements.

Requirements

  • ~5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Data Analyst, or in a similar role focused on data infrastructure and analytics.
  • ~ Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and enterprise data warehousing, ideally with experience in Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms.
  • ~ Experience with Snowflake is required.
  • ~ Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications for data engineering teams.
  • ~ Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Success, Product Management, Finance, and HR, to deliver data-driven solutions.
