About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Millwright and Mechanic to join our team at Kimberly-Clark. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of high-speed machines and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and other documentation to understand machine specifications and requirements.
  • Fabricate parts and components as needed to support machine maintenance and repair.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve equipment-related issues.
  • Develop and implement predictive and preventive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or maintenance role, with a focus on high-speed machines and equipment.
  • Basic machine shop, welding, and fabricating skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, including blueprints and schematics.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
