About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Millwright and Mechanic to join our team at Kimberly-Clark. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing high-speed machines and equipment, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical systems and equipment
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical literature to fabricate parts and components
  • Assemble, disassemble, and install mechanical systems and components
  • Conduct predictive and preventive maintenance activities to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
Requirements
  • 2-year Associates degree with 5+ years of continuous work experience
  • Basic machine shop, welding, and fabricating skills
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical literature
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
