About the Job:

The Pharmacist will play a crucial role in our team, responsible for dispensing medications and providing patient consultation. As a medical expert, brand ambassador, patient advocate, staff mentor, and supervisor, you will serve as the Manager on Duty when necessary. Your duties will include:

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional service, dedication, pace, and energy.
    • Provide patient consultation as needed, ensuring a high level of patient satisfaction.
    • Assist with ensuring store activities and staff are in compliance with state guidelines.
    • Maintain all confidential information according to HIPAA policies and procedures.
    • Implement and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
    • Perform Manager on Duty (MOD) functions, including store opening and closing activities and staff supervision.
    • Foster a workplace that supports Holistic Industries' aim to be the Best Place to Work, Shop, and Invest in Cannabis.
    • Complete a mandatory 4-Hour Pharmacist certification required by the PA Department of Health.
    • Occasionally assist in cash handling procedures, including preparing deposits, closing drawers, and daily activity logs.
About You:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacist to join our team. To be successful in this role, you must:

  • Requirements:
    • Be at least 21 years of age and able to obtain and maintain marijuana work credentials.
    • Hold a valid Pharmacist license in the state of PA.
    • Obtain and maintain all state-required Pharmacist training and certification.
    • Be able to obtain and maintain medical marijuana work credentials following an extensive fingerprint background check.
