Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead by Example: Demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering outstanding service and maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Patient Consultation: Provide expert guidance and support to patients, addressing their medical needs and concerns.
  • Compliance: Ensure all store activities and staff adhere to state guidelines and regulations.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain the confidentiality of patient information in accordance with HIPAA policies and procedures.
  • Standard Operating Procedures: Implement and enforce SOPs to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Manager on Duty: Perform MOD functions as needed, including store opening and closing activities and staff supervision.
  • Workplace Culture: Foster a workplace culture that promotes Holistic Industries' values and mission.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • Age: Must be at least 21 years of age and able to obtain and maintain marijuana work credentials.
  • Education/Experience:
    • Must be a licensed Pharmacist in the state of PA.
    • Must obtain and maintain all state-required Pharmacist training and certification.
    • Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
    • Must be able to obtain and maintain medical marijuana work credentials following an extensive fingerprint background check.
  • Knowledge and Skills:
    • Compliance Mindset: Strong understanding of compliance regulations.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Attention to Detail: Detail oriented and focused.
    • Computer Skills: Proficient in computer skills and point of sale register experience.
