Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Technician to join our team at BlueTriton Brands. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining production equipment, ensuring high-quality products, and contributing to a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain production equipment, including fillers, labelers, case packers, palletizers, blow mold machines, wrappers, and forklifts.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and ensure optimal production levels.
  • Conduct quality inspections and record data to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and improve efficiency.
  • Participate in safe behavior observation programs and adhere to good manufacturing practices.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Prior experience in clean manufacturing preferred.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
  • Exposure to high-speed production and/or basic maintenance is preferred.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
