Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Blow Mold Technician Lead to join our team at BlueTriton Brands. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on blow mold equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with the production team to identify and resolve equipment issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubrication, and inspection of equipment.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure equipment is properly maintained and repaired.
  • Train and mentor junior technicians to ensure knowledge transfer and continuity.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems, including pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
