Job Title: Cannabis Department Manager

This is a leadership role responsible for overseeing the Trim department at PharmaCann's cultivation facility. The successful candidate will have experience in managing teams, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the Trim department team to achieve production goals and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality control.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve company objectives.
  • Provide training and coaching to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role in a commercial cannabis operation.
  • Proven track record of managing teams, improving processes, and ensuring compliance.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; manufacturing and/or agricultural management experience preferred.
Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will be required to work in a typical office, manufacturing, and warehouse environment. The role may involve working under lights in hot areas, using chemicals and fertilizers, and wearing safety equipment.

This is a full-time position, and the successful candidate will be required to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, with occasional overtime as needed.
