About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled IT Cyber Security Specialist to join our team at Aditi Consulting. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to make a meaningful contribution to enhancing the Department of Transportation's (DOT) cybersecurity infrastructure.

The successful candidate will play a crucial supporting role in deploying and maintaining a sophisticated Privileged Access Management (PAM) solution using CyberArk. This involves collaborating with senior engineers, engaging with key stakeholders, and ensuring seamless integration across development, testing, and production environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying technology solutions that meet enterprise requirements and map functional requirements into technological requirements.
  • Conduct proof of concept, pilots, and demos to evaluate the suitability of given technologies for meeting requirements.
  • Evaluate tradeoffs between competing solutions and develop quantitative analysis of alternatives.
  • Produce written analysis of research and recommendation papers that clearly describe the process followed, alternatives considered, evaluation criteria, and rationale for recommendation.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of related experience providing business solutions engineering support, including architectural design, engineering design, proof of concept development, pilots, analysis, results, and documentation.
  • CyberArk Sentry Certification Required: Current Certified CyberArk Sentry credential affirming expertise in managing and safeguarding privileged accounts within the CyberArk platform.
  • CyberArk Implementation Experience: One year of experience in designing and implementing integrated lifecycle management processes for CyberArk within an organization comparable in scale to the Department of Transportation (DOT).

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary range for this position is $111,360 - $119,808, based on the pay rate of $54 - $58 per hour. The company offers medical, dental, vision, PTO benefits, and ancillaries may be available for eligible employees.
