- Training and Development: Provide training, support, and coaching to systems engineers and support staff.
- Business Growth: Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to identify and seize opportunities for company growth.
- On-Call Support: Participate in an on-call rotation to provide essential support as needed.
- Experience: At least ten years of relevant experience in managing and supporting servers, infrastructure, and networks, preferably for mid-sized companies.
- Education: A bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field, or a graduate degree is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Windows Server 2008-Current, Active Directory, Group Policy, Office 365 Administration, Exchange Server, SQL Server, VMWare & Citrix, Data Backup, Replication & High Availability Systems, IT Security (endpoint, network, email), Firewalls, Routers, Layer 3 Routing, Managed Switches, VLAN, and DNS (including various record types).
