  • Oversees the team of electrical engineers, providing guidance and support.
  • Collaborates with various stakeholders and facilitates project discussions.
  • Undertakes additional responsibilities as required.

Qualifications:

  • At least 10 years of engineering experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an ABET accredited institution (Master's degree preferred).
  • Professional Engineer License is advantageous.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry regulations such as NFPA, IEEE, and API standards.
  • Familiarity with construction techniques and best practices.
  • Comprehension of project management terminology, metrics, and processes.
  • Experience in delegating tasks and managing multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD software.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • May require occasional overtime and travel commitments.
