As a Direct Support Professional with Brandi's Hope Community Services, you will have the chance to work with individuals who require daily support and assistance with various aspects of their lives. Your role will involve providing job supports, self-care, recreational activities, and community inclusion, as well as transporting clients to appointments and advocating for their needs.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and current CPR training. You will also need to undergo an extensive background check and drug screening before employment can be offered.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $10.00, with opportunities for overtime pay and a guaranteed schedule of 45 hours per week. After 90 days, your base rate of pay will increase to $11.00, with overtime pay at $16.50. This is a great opportunity to join our team and make a difference in the lives of others.
