We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Hospice Nurse RN to join our team at Providence. As a member of our interdisciplinary hospice group, you will provide holistic care to terminally ill patients and their families, assessing their needs and developing personalized plans of care.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop comprehensive plans of care
- Provide emotional and spiritual support to patients and their families
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure continuity
- Anticipate and prevent crises, promoting patient and family choice
- Enhance the quality of life for dying patients
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- 1 year of nursing experience, with some pediatric experience required
- Prior experience in hospice, home care, long-term care, medical-surgical, and/or oncology
