Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Provide patient-centered care, addressing physical, spiritual, emotional and educational needs.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with patients, families, and staff.
- Document patient information accurately and completely, adhering to hospital policies and regulations.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to coordinate patient care and address concerns.
- Meet education and mandatory program requirements, including completion of clinical evidence-based competencies.
Compensation: Estimated salary range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience.
