Job Title: Director, Pediatric Surgical Services

Norton Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Pediatric Surgical Services to lead our pediatric surgical services division. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic and financial planning for surgical areas of responsibility, including identifying areas of expense, revenue, growth, and excess.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direction to management staff within surgical areas of responsibility, actively mentoring and coaching direct reports to promote personal and professional growth.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of plans, operations, and programs within assigned areas of surgical services, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and objectives.
  • Lead change regarding quality of care and operational enhancements, including implementation and communication plans.
  • Utilize a data-based approach to identify quality, safety, and cost opportunities within surgical services, developing solution sets based on evidence-based best practices to improve the value of services provided.
Requirements:
  • Three years of management experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Pediatric experience.
  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
