Key Responsibilities

  • Strategically implement and develop the mission to bring about the vision of the school.
  • Recruit, develop, and support teachers and administrators to ensure a holistic education program that leads to expected student outcomes and transformed lives.
  • Oversee the budget to ensure good stewardship of school funds and operate the school within the adopted budget.
  • Supervise the physical operation, maintenance, and schedule replacement of all properties and fixed assets.
  • Lead annual and project budgets for board approval and supervise the business office operations.
  • Develop and implement a professional development program that addresses the spiritual and professional growth of the staff.
  • Work with the board and faculty to align every aspect of the school with a Biblical worldview and philosophy of education that promotes transformational education.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in educational leadership or a related field from an accredited university and teaching certification from an accredited university.
  • Experience in educating young students is strongly preferred.
  • Cross-cultural experience preferred.
  • Proven leadership and administrative experience, with the ability to provide consultative guidance and cultivate available resources to respond to needs.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, speaking, writing, and motivational skills.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with boards, parents, teachers, and students.
