Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care and assistance to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist patients with daily living activities, such as feeding, ambulation, and toileting.
- Help maintain a safe and healthy environment for patients.
- Prepare and serve light meals and snacks.
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as emptying trash and changing linens.
- Document patient care and progress in a timely and accurate manner.
- Attend staff meetings and participate in quality improvement activities.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license.
- 6 months of patient care experience in hospice, home health, ICU, geriatric, or oncology.
- Current driver's license and automobile insurance.
- Current CPR certification.
