Job Summary

As a seasoned HRMS Consultant at Omni Inclusive, you will lead senior business stakeholders through HR transformation activities, driving business value and streamlining processes to achieve optimal performance. Your expertise in HR organization design, service delivery models, and SaaS solutions will guide customers in leveraging workforce and support analytics, employee relations, and related toolsets.

Key Responsibilities

Establish user journeys and create user stories to support the design and configuration of the Employee Service Portal, Knowledge Management, and Case Management capabilities.
Design, build, test, and deploy components required for successful Oracle solutions, focusing on payroll, benefits, compensation, Core HR, recruiting and onboarding, time and labor, absence management, and talent management.
Develop roadmaps for HR service delivery, expanding capabilities and adoption.

Requirements

10 years of consulting or industry experience delivering HCM solutions (preferably Oracle Cloud HCM).
Strong understanding of HR processes, delivery models, and organizational structures.
Background in HR/HRIS, and familiarity with common HRIS systems, such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, SAP/SuccessFactors.
Experience with agile methodologies and ability to work successfully across business and technical stakeholders to drive design and decisions on requirements.
Experience leading solution and design across case management, knowledge management, portals, document management, and reporting.
Ability to provide hands-on leadership and project management to ensure deadlines are met and key deliverables are accurate.

Mandatory Skills

HR Business Process mapping, BA for HRMS implementation, and knowledge with Oracle solutions.
