Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at BrightSpring Health Services. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to individuals with intellectual, developmental, or cognitive disabilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess health problems and needs of individuals served, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain accurate medical records.
  • Administer nursing care, advise individuals served and staff on health maintenance and disease prevention, and provide case management.
  • Review daily appointment needs, packets completed and available to staff, and monitor staff as needed.
  • Review incident reports, provide assessment and follow-up, and implement changes of orders.
  • Approve orders for prescribed medications/treatments, monitor health status/vitals/seizure disorders, and address acute/on-going health issues.
  • Attend IPPs as scheduled, review MARs for completeness and accuracy, and provide on-call service.
  • Perform PRN assessments, review IPP schedule, submit assessments 2 weeks prior to IPP, and file health care documents.
Qualifications:
  • Degree from an accredited school of nursing or License as a Registered Nurse, current and in good standing.
  • Valid driver's license from state of residence.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and have one year of nursing experience, Supervisory experience preferred.
