Job Title: Neonatal Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Winter Haven Women's Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the development of our neonatal services.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive care to newborns and their families in the hospital setting.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Current APRN national specialty certification.
  • Minimum of a master's degree in nursing.
  • FL license required.
  • Recent experience in neonatal nursing.
