Overview


Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a certified per diem Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Winter Haven Women's Hospital, a premier health facility dedicated to the unique needs of women and newborns.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality patient care in our 11-bed, Level-II NICU with 236 annual NICU admissions
  • Collaborate with our experienced physicians and nursing staff to deliver exceptional patient outcomes
  • Participate in ongoing quality-improvement and safety initiatives to ensure the highest level of care
Qualifications

  • Current APRN national specialty certification
  • Minimum of a master's degree
  • FL license required
  • Recent experience in neonatal care
