Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech Therapist to join our team at St. David's Healthcare at Home. As a Speech Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient-centered care to individuals with communication, cognitive, and/or swallowing impairments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify communication and swallowing needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy programs to improve communication and swallowing abilities.
  • Evaluate patient progress regularly and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
  • Masters Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • License to practice speech language pathology within the state.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competency or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year.
  • Ability to work varying hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Reliable transportation and proof of valid automobile liability insurance.
