SalaryThe estimated annual salary for this role is between $60,000 to $80,000, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive base pay, a performance-based commission program rewards growth and success.
Job DescriptionThis Administrative Director/Operations Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring operational excellence at our Huntington Learning Center. Key responsibilities include center operations and office administration, student onboarding and education, and managing day-to-day activities. The successful candidate will wear many hats, handling multiple tasks such as scheduling, tracking teacher hours, conducting initial inquiries, and maintaining daily office operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree (required)
- Customer service experience: 2 years (required)
- Office administration experience: 2 years (required)
- Teaching experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales and marketing experience: preferred
- Management experience: preferred
