Position Overview:
Fisk University is in search of a dedicated AESP Counselor who will play a pivotal role in enhancing student retention and academic success. This position requires collaboration with various departments to implement effective strategies and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement effective strategies for student retention
- Identify and facilitate learning workshops and activities
- Work in partnership with various departments to improve retention services
- Compile and maintain reports and documentation regarding retention efforts
