Compensation PackageThe starting salary for this role is $40/hour, with compensation packages tailored to experience and expertise. Job ResponsibilitiesThis full-time position requires a School Psychologist with a minimum of 1+ years of experience to work on-site at a school in Stratford, CT. Teletherapy options are available for highly qualified and experienced candidates. Key responsibilities include assessment and intervention, utilizing knowledge of psychological assessment tools and intervention strategies to support student success. The ideal candidate will have expertise in child development, learning disabilities, and mental health issues affecting students, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
RequirementsTo be considered for this role, applicants must possess a Master's or doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field from an accredited institution. A valid School Psychologist License in Connecticut is also required. Additionally, the ability to pass a background check is necessary. Prior experience in a school setting is preferred but not mandatory.
