Producers can earn equity through our Producer Equity Programs. After one year of service, producers can qualify for the Rising Star Program, as their book of business approaches $1 million, upon meeting specific thresholds.

  • Identify and nurture new prospects through networking, strategic partnerships, industry events, and direct outreach efforts.

  • Maintain robust relationships with trading partners, including insurance carriers and wholesalers.

  • A Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A current Property & Casualty Insurance license.
  • 3-5 years of professional experience as a Sales Professional, demonstrating a successful track record in generating new business and delivering exceptional client service.
  • A willingness to engage in prospecting calls and networking to cultivate new business.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport in person and over the phone.
  • Exceptional presentation skills and the ability to engage with C-suite executives.
  • Knowledge of effective principles and methods for presenting, promoting, and selling solutions.
  • Willingness to travel for networking, prospecting, and client engagements.
