Job Title: Senior Endpoint Security Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Endpoint Security Engineer to join our dynamic Endpoint Engineering team at INSPYR Solutions.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the security of our Windows-based endpoints, identifying vulnerabilities, testing and implementing remediations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and manage security solutions for Windows-based endpoints.
  • Monitor and analyze security alerts from endpoint protection systems and respond to potential threats in a timely manner.
  • Investigate and respond to security incidents involving Windows endpoints, coordinating with other IT and security teams as necessary.
  • Ensure that all Windows endpoints are regularly updated with the latest security patches and firmware updates.
  • Develop, implement, and enforce security policies, procedures, and best practices for endpoint security.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability analyses of Windows endpoints to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
  • Provide training and support to Level-2 Technicians on the proper use of security tools.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of security configurations, incident responses, and compliance activities.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in endpoint security, specifically within a Windows environment.
  • Relevant certifications, such as M356 Endpoint Administrator, Tanium TCA or TCPEM.
  • Proficient in Windows operating systems, endpoint protection platforms, and MDM solutions.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex security concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Advanced to Expert level PowerShell scripting skills.
