  • Assisting with client interactions, including phone and email communications, showroom visits, and product knowledge
  • Managing the scheduling of leads, service calls, installations, and client appointments
  • Ensuring that lead and client information is accurately maintained in the company's CRM system
  • Providing daily support to on-site management
  • Following up on project completion and collecting outstanding balances
  • Processing payments and finance applications
  • Occasionally participating in local events and exhibitions
