Job Title: Water & Wastewater Project Manager

Herbert, Rowland & Grubic is seeking a highly skilled Water & Wastewater Project Manager to join our team in York, PA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing environmental water/wastewater projects, preparing project designs and reports, and administering construction contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage environmental water/wastewater projects from conception to completion
  • Prepare project designs and reports, including hydraulic designs and environmental assessments
  • Administer construction contracts, including budgeting and scheduling
  • Manage financial resources and project profitability
  • Ensure compliance with client-specific requirements and regulations
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering with environmental emphasis
  • Pennsylvania P.E. licensure
  • 5+ years' project experience involving design of water distribution and treatment systems, wastewater collection, conveyance, and treatment systems, and environmental assessments
  • Minimum 1-4 years project management experience
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Previous experience with computer modeling of water systems, hydraulic design software, and PA DEP regulations
