About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Event Coordinator at Heartland Dental- St. Louis Support Office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Education Events Supervisor to ensure timely responses to inquiries
  • Learn and utilize our Learning Management System to provide overall support with event planning and coordination
  • Capture supported doctor and/or employee information to book appropriate travel for events and courses
  • Communicate all required and relevant event information to supported doctors and/or employees
  • Maintain and track event supplies inventory and process orders for the Education department
  • Pack materials and supplies needed for specific events and ship to accurate location
  • Coordinate onsite meetings for Heartland Dental classes
  • Adhere to mandatory standards of operations, policies, and procedures for events
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Prior MS Office (Word and Excel) experience
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to problem-solve
  • Ability to travel for 2-3 days at a time monthly
