About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian to join our team as an Inpatient Care Specialist. As a key member of our clinical nutrition team, you will play a vital role in providing expert nutrition care to patients in our inpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough nutrition assessments and develop personalized nutrition care plans for patients.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless integration of nutrition care into patient treatment plans.
  • Provide medical nutrition therapy and professional nutrition counseling to patients and their families.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practice guidelines and apply them in clinical practice.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Dietetics, Foods and Nutrition, or a related field.
  • Master's degree in Dietetics or a related field (for those entering the workforce after 1/1/2024).
  • Completion of a Didactic Program in Dietetics and Dietetic Internship or Coordinated Program in Dietetics accredited by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND).
  • National CDR Registered Dietitian certification.
  • Oregon Dietitian License (within 6 months of hire).
  • Dietitian license in the state of hire and wherever care is delivered (within 6 months of hire).
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1 year of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
