Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant Training Program

Job Summary:

We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate individuals to join our Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Training Program. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support in our long-term care facilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Acquire the knowledge, skills, and certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) through our comprehensive training program
  • Develop strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
  • Provide direct patient care and support, including assistance with daily living activities, mobility, and hygiene
  • Participate in clinical rotations and simulations to gain hands-on experience
  • Meet the qualifications and requirements for the State of Oregon CNA certification exam

Requirements:

  • Be at least 17 years of age
  • Pass a criminal background check and employment reference checks
  • Provide legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the United States
  • Ability to lift 40 pounds and be on your feet for long periods of time
  • Ability to read, write, and understand/comprehend English
