Job Summary:
The RN Supervisor - Team Lead is a key member of our nursing team, responsible for providing exceptional leadership and mentorship to our nursing staff. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the highest quality of care is delivered to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the development, implementation, and evaluation of the department's quality assurance program.
- Ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
- Develop, train, and manage a successful and fulfilled team.
Requirements:
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN), in good standing.
- Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office and general office equipment.
- Management experience in nursing preferred.
- Experience in a long term care setting preferred.
