POSITION OVERVIEW

In this role, you will report directly to the Finance Director and be accountable for the development and oversight of IT systems, particularly SAP (Public Cloud), for Celltrion USA, Inc. As a vital member of the global IT team, you will collaborate closely with colleagues from both the Company and Headquarters, playing a key role in achieving the strategic objectives and vision for a worldwide network.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as the IT liaison for the Company concerning SAP ERP and associated systems.
  • Manage SAP Public Cloud ERP operations, including change management, troubleshooting, user support, and process design.
  • Facilitate the integration between ERP and other systems.
  • Engage in initiatives aimed at enhancing the company's system-related processes.
  • Develop functional specifications to fulfill new business requirements.
  • Provide IT service delivery as the primary contact point for IT inquiries.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

A minimum of five (5) years of experience working with SAP ERP systems is required, with experience in Public Cloud being advantageous.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Strong communication skills are essential for collaborating with SAP key users to identify business needs and devise effective solutions.

Experience with the SAP SD module is required, specifically in the following areas:

  1. Design and customization of the Order to Cash (OTC) process
  2. Management of Sales Orders and Schedule Agreements with MRP processes
  3. Intercompany sales processes
  4. Incorporating GTN (Rebate, Discount, etc.) into pricing procedures
  5. Handling Free Goods, Returnable Processes, and Credit/Debit transactions
  6. Familiarity with additional modules such as FI or MM is a plus

Experience with interfaces (e.g., Firm-Banking, Concur, 3PL Storage) is also beneficial.

Key competencies include strong presentation and documentation skills, project management abilities, troubleshooting expertise, and the capacity to thrive in a global, cross-functional environment.

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is required. Certifications in IT or Financial Technical Systems are considered an asset.
