Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing treatment plans developed by licensed Physical Therapists
- Monitor patient progress and report any changes to the supervising Physical Therapist
- Instruct patients in exercises and activities to improve their strength, range of motion, and flexibility
- Help patients with activities of daily living, such as dressing, bathing, and grooming
- Prepare treatment areas and equipment for patient use
- Maintain accurate patient records and document progress notes

Requirements:
- Associate's degree in Physical Therapy Assisting or related field
- State licensure or certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Physical stamina and dexterity to assist patients with mobility and exercises
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

Salary Estimate: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
