We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Automotive Porter to join our team at Century Ford Mt Airy. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.

• Oversee the flow of the drive lane to ensure prompt, courteous, and effective service to our customers.
• Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out additional assignments that leave a positive impression.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries.
