Job Description

DARCARS BMW of Mount Kisco is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Porter/Valet to join our team. As a key member of our service department, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and the continued success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet every customer with a smile, conduct business in a professional and ethical manner, and direct customers to their desired destinations when parking or retrieving their vehicles.
  • Service Support: Assist with service write-up and tagging of customer vehicles, assist advisors and technicians by moving client vehicles to and from the shop, and provide shuttle service to customers when requested.
  • Facility Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness of service area, keep floor clean and dry, remove debris, ice, and snow as necessary, and be responsible for garbage removal.
  • Other Duties: Comply with DARCARS policies and procedures, assist in dealer exchanges, and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills with both customers and DARCARS employees required.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift a minimum of 30 lbs, work outdoors and on your feet for extended periods, and operate manual transmission (highly preferred).
  • Other Requirements: Must be a minimum of eighteen years of age, have a valid driver's license and safe driving record, and be able to pass pre-employment screening (background).
